Initial Consultation with First Session £55
This will last 60-90 minutes. Any questions you have about the process and your understanding of what is to happen will be covered and explained, so that you feel at ease. There is then an opportunity to talk more about the issue you want to deal with, so we have a complete understanding of the situation . Most scenarios can be dealt with in this session, although this depends on the complexity of your challenge.

Subsequent Sessions £35
There is no pressure to commit to a set number of sessions and follow on sessions will be for 60 minutes. 

Relaxation Sessions £35
A session purely for relaxation, especially helpful for clients who want to escape for a short time. ( 30-40 minutes)

SmokeStop Session £75
Give up smoking the easy way in a one off session 90 minutes long.
