or recognise as fears. Fear can range from a specific phobia, like spiders or flying,
to more general anxieties about everything yet nothing.
Alternatively, your fear could be holding you back, showing as a lack of confidence or motivation. You may be using an addiction, food or tobacco, as a coping mechanism
without truly recognising it.
